Q: Where can I buy the Liptember Box?
A: The Annual Liptember Box is available for sale exclusively through Chemist Warehouse online, and is available from Late August.
Q: Can I exchange my T-shirt order for a different size?
A: Unfortunately not. Our clothing merchandise is printed on demand, which means we don't hold excess stock in multiple sizes. Please make sure to review the size charts carefully before making your order.
Q: Are the items in the picture reflective of the actual products?
A: We make a concerted effort to ensure that all products are reflective of the image provided. However, some items may look slightly different in colour in real-life, such as t-shirts, lip balms and lipsticks.
Q: Are your lipsticks tested on animals?
A: No they are not. Our Liptember W7 lipsticks are vegan and cruelty-free. No part of the products or raw materials used in the production or development of these products have been at any time tested on animals.
Q: Can I buy individual lipsticks online?
A: Yes, a limited number of individual lipsticks are available on our online store. If you miss out, you can buy our lipsticks in store at all Chemist Warehouse, My Chemist and My Beauty Spot stores throughout the month of September (while stock lasts).
Q: I've filled up my donation tin! What do I do now?
A: Congratulations, and thank you! Please open the tin, count the money and register funds raised via the Donation Form.
Q: Where can I get a receipt/invoice for my purchase?
A: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email detailing your purchase. This email will also contain your receipt for the transaction.
Q: Can I tailor my order (i.e. by colour)?
A: At the checkout, please advise us of your request and we will do our best to tailor your order. Please note that due to the volume of orders, we cannot always fulfil these requests.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Unfortunately not. We only ship within Australia.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Once your order has been confirmed, it can take 2 to 10 business days to receive. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we are seeing a delay in normal shipping times, so this time frame may vary.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your item has been registered and sent, a tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address so you can keep an eye on the incoming postage!
Q: My order never arrived, what do I do?
A: Please check your order number for a status update. If this does not shed a light on the matter, please email us at email@example.com and we will help you out.
Q: What happens if I don’t receive a confirmation email for my order?
A: Once an order has been placed through the Liptember Store, customers will automatically receive a confirmation email. If by any chance you do not receive this, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of payment and we will happily assist you further.
Q: What do I do if something from my order is received damaged or missing?
A: Whilst every effort is made to ensure this does not happen, if product(s) are damaged or missing upon arrival, please reach out to email@example.com with any relevant photos and order number and we will rectify the issue.
Q: Do you allow item pick-up/Click and Collect?
A: No we do not. All orders will be sent via Australia Post to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Q: Where will my order be delivered to?
A: Your order will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. If no one is home, your order may be redirected to the local Post Office and a card detailing the pick-up instructions will be left at your house. If this is the case, Australia Post will hold your delivery for 10 business days before sending it back to us. If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss next steps.
Q: Is my information secure on this site?
Q: I want to host an event to fundraise for Liptember! How do I go about this?
A: That's amazing, thank you! Sign up as a fundraiser on our website and download our fundraiser resources to kick start your efforts. You can then donate any funds raised at your event against your individual profile.
Q: Do you exchange or refund?
A: Under certain circumstances, we will. For more information, please read our Refund Policy.
Q: How much of the sales from this site actually goes to Liptember?
A: We are proud to say that 100% of funds raised through the Liptember Store goes directly to the Liptember Foundation to support and develop mental health programs for girls and women around Australia.
